software's & Related Services
- This software POSBILZ (Lite, Plus,or Pro) is provided as is with no warranty of any kind, including the warranty of design, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event POSBILZ or Invegix Technologies shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages. For any questions or clarifications please contact on info@posbilz.com.
- We provide free demo or trial of POSBILZ which you can download from the website. This demo or trial is same as the full version. The only difference is in demo version you can manage maximum 30 items. Customer can test this software without any time limitation before purchasing the full version.
- Licensing price does not include any of after sales services such as implementation support, training, or any technical support on phone or whatsapp. These are all premium and paid services. However we provide free support via email or website. In addition to that there are free video tutorials available on webiste, user manual, and other guides available free of cost.
- After purchasing a license (e.g. Lite) you will be eligible to upgrade to higher edition (Plus or Pro) by paying only the difference amount within one month only. If you request upgrade after one month of time, then it will be considered a new purchase, and you will need to pay full price.
- Our response time to answer emails is 1 to 3 business days. This does not include the weekends or holidays.
- All technical questions and queries must be sent via email first and you should have a support ticket number. Once you send an email to our support team, a support case will be generated and you will be provided a ticket number.
- If support requires someone from the team to contact you and fix the issue for you, and you have not subscribed to any premium support service, then support charges to fix that issue will be communicated to you.
- No support requests will be served out of office hours, on weekends, or public holidays.
- If you consider your business operations very critical and require urgent support service, please discuss this premium support beforehand with the sales team.
- Our sales team is to support sales, and pre sales related queries. No technical support will be provided to queries sent to sales team via email, phone or WhatsApp. For any technical issues you need to send email to info@posbilz.com. If required our technical support team will call you or contact via phone, or email.
- Instructions related to software activation, deactivation, and reactivation must be followed strictly. Failing to do so may result in extra support charges.
- Your license key will remain valid if you reinstall Windows, or change hard disk on the same computer. You can activate the software using the same license key on same computer again.
- In case of license transfer to another computer, you must deactivate the license on first computer, and use the reactivation feature for reactivating the license on new computer. You can do license transfer once in a month free of cost. Please note under life time plan (one time payment) license transfer service will be free of cost only during the first year of service. If license transfer is requested in subsequent years then a license transfer or reactivation charges will apply once for the whole year.
- If you change the CPU of the computer, first deactivate the license. After changing the CPU, use reactivation feature.
- If you are unable to deactivate license on your existing computer for any reason, and want to activate on new computer then it will be considered a new activation of license and additional charges will apply for this service.
- In case of any abuse, misuse, or not complying with the terms and conditions listed above can disable your license.
